In 1999, I founded The Hat Factory Furniture Company with the desire to provide a design focused resource capable of producing the highest quality furniture and cabinetry. More than just a cabinet shop, The Hat Factory would provide it’s clients with knowledge, design expertise, and great customer service. Ten years later, we’ve succeeded. The Hat Factory exists as a premiere woodworking shop serving clients in New York City, Westchester, and the Hudson Valley. Working directly with homeowners as well as through architects and designers, our talented craftsmen produce the finest woodwork anywhere. Our strength lies with turning a simple idea into a work of enduring beauty, balancing aesthetic appeal with functional design. I’m proud of the skill and dedication our team brings to every project.

Our Name
The Hat Factory Furniture Co. takes its name from the 1879 building in which it resides. We’re honored to continue the tradition of artisan craftsmanship within these old brick walls, which over the years have witnessed the creation of everything from fedoras to cast iron stoves.

Situated just outside the downtown arts district in the Hudson River community of Peekskill, NY, the Hat Factory is ideally located to provide clients throughout New York City, Westchester and the Hudson Valley with the finest handcrafted custom furniture, kitchens and built-in cabinetry available today.
